I know for a fact it will make a BEAUTIFUL BOW.  Now someone else with experience tillering one will have to tell you whether it will shoot worth a darn!  But it will look good.

I wonder if mahogany in general il make a bow? A menards just opened up by us, with all kinds of nice straight grained mahogany boards. As well as hickory boards, black walnut boards, and some others. I love that store, :).

well im not going to say it wont but ive tried three and they all chrysaled .but then maybe i dont know how to tiller

  Both Honduran and santos mahogany are slightly prone to chrsalying. Not true mahaganies. Much heavier denser wood. They will make beautiful bows but tillering nneds to get the whole limb working and must be reallytilleredout well, slight hinges will chrysal. I have had a bout 50/50 luck with it but I never have had the best eye for tiller. Steve
