Recent Stuff.

Various pictures from the last month.  Working on a short Australian Pine bow.  It's shooting great.  Making basket quivers.

That's a real cute dog in the second pic!  :D  You should be ashamed for not mentioning her.  ::)
  Nice stuff you have made there, Parnell. How is Australian pine to work with. Lots of that invasive exotic in Florida.

More Casuarina than I can work around here.  It's difficult to reflex, but makes an absolutely wicked self bow as it's specific gravity is near 1.0 and takes very little mermory.

Now that's interesting.  Does it do well as a ELB?  ..or better as a flatbow?

I'll probably be heading out this week to cut more of the stuff.  I've learned that it's better cut at this time of year, before the rain comes in.  I can't say yet what it's best design is.  Still kinda playing with the stuff.
