If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

I got a friend nagging the paint off the walls for a straight limbed osage bow. :o    anyone have a decently straight osage stave they would part with. pretty clean and straight and cured ofcourse...just let me know how many arms and legs its going cost me..lol   i have some  boo strips and an ipe board and a rough cut osage board as well that would need planed down before glue up.  could also trade a stone knife and\or points   whatever....  just kinda need one to get this Dax shaped thorn outa my side..lol

I've got a couple of Osage staves (seasoned) two years old with the ends sealed,There's probably two bows in each stace. Would they be worth a bow? Can send pics...
