Stuff up for trade at the Classic
« on: April 06, 2011, 09:39:49 pm »
I have some stuff I want to trade that I can bring to the Classic.  I don't know how much room I will have, so if anyone is interested, please let me know so I can make sure to bring it.
I have:
Osage staves-fresh cut
Hickory staves cut last fall
Hackberry staves cut 1 year ago.
Old files that can be used for knife making
A large chunk of rawhide
A drawknife or two.

Stuff I am looking for:
A good quality scraper
straight cane shafts in the 50# range
Fur
Trade points
A #49 or #50 rasp
or about anything else
I started out with nothin' and I still got most of it left

OK, I'll bring one.  It is an older one, so it is good quality.  The handles are solid and tight.  It might need sharpened a little.  What do you have to trade?

A guy I work with has been asking me to find him a tanned deer sack.  He wants to make a cigarette pouch out of it.  We will have to work something out.

I chased them to a ring above a good ring.  I could chase them down to the good ring pretty easily.
