I'm new to bow making however I shot ILF recurves for a long time and I have been through about every practicable tiller configuration there is. I came to the conclusion that 99% of the bows I owned, and I've owned a bunch of them with more limbs than you could shake a stick at, shot the best at 0 tiller. I shoot 3 under these days but even when I shot split it didn't seem to matter.
