Very nice Pete like the different shades-just did one like that for my trade bow-those tips sure are nicely done you make a heck of a bow-Hammertime

Thanks y'all.I appreciate it.  Barebo,I put the roughed out,GREEN,floor tillered stave on the reflex form .Left it on the form a month,then started watching it's weight. When it stopped losing weight,and was dry,I heat treated,then tillered.  It went from tree to bow in about 3 months . Thanks again for the kind words all.    God Bless

I like everything about that bow, especially the way you went about re-flexing the limbs.  Gonna have to try that myself.

Beautiful bow.  One of these days I'm going to have to try a hickory stave.  I figured it'd be too humid down here in Texas.  Shows what I (don't) know.  That is inspirational Pete.

Thanks again fellas.  George, I  use my hickory bows in east Texas ONLY when there are dry conditions. They are my "fair weather tackle",and, when I treat them as such,they are very dependable weapons with good performance. God Bless
