I use the 'double draw and ad 10%' rule for stiff handled bows. (26+26) x 1.10 = 57.2
With the extra length you got, you have a margin of safety. With the above equation I end up with 4" handle and the fades are 1.5" leaving good bending limb length. With the 59.5 inches you have of workable bow, you might slow the bow down with extra limb length, but can make it up by starting the limb taper closer to the handle, or even go with a pyramid design.
