need straight osage stave

I got a friend nagging the paint off the walls for a straight limbed osage bow. :o    anyone have a decently straight osage stave they would part with. pretty clean and straight and cured ofcourse...just let me know how many arms and legs its going cost me..lol   i have some  boo strips and an ipe board and a rough cut osage board as well that would need planed down before glue up.  could also trade a stone knife and\or points   whatever....  just kinda need one to get this Dax shaped thorn outa my side..lol

bareshaft- probably wants it a long while.. he wants a bow outa it..lol...j\k atleast 62" long id say.

eddie--yea he is an acquired taste..lol  he's actually a good guy, you just gotta give it back to him  and that makes him smile and say "your alright"..lol  when it comes down to it, he has done more to help me in the past than most of my own family. good egg...just gotta cuss at him a bit.

I know he gave you hell bout those stone points...lol  he is a character...its like fishing for him...i think he just wants a nibble..but you gotta smack him like a largemouth on a top water plug... I get along great with him..lol  go figure..lol

I'm glad this post was started looking for a straight something or other.  Never know what's going to be asked for by a sangria drinkin', body shavin', long hair like yourself, twistedlimbs.  And by the way, this top water plug's got sharp hooks.  Lol.  All in good fun.

nooono  dont sweat that george, i like those character staves you sent, dont worry bout that..  dax just wants one with minimal character.  me personally i like those character pieces better

Did you see KerryB's post about Osage. I know from experience that he has some fine stuff and is a GREAT Guy.
