Denny I used tee nuts installed between the walnut and hickory, I've used allen bolts before but on this one I used stanless steel philips head bolts with brass flat washers and brass dress washers, the brass really pops against the walnut, Bub

Good looking bow! Riser is really sweet.

Have you had any trouble with the limbs splitting  Where the limb bolts holes are drilled?

timo, not so far, this is the third bow like this I have built and so far so good, the other's have had 800 to 1,000 arrows through them and still shoot great, however I was thinking about some bushing's in the holes, but not sure if it will make a differance, Bub

I feel the need to revive this to ask a question.

With regards to the tee nuts, are they installed on the belly side within the riser block, or is there some sort of tee nut that has thread on inside and outside, allowing them to be installed from the back side?

Aussie if you look at the riser, it is three pcs, the tee nuts are installed in the front or back side of the riser and is completely incased , hope that helps, bub

Are the limbs the same thickness from end to end.?

Bow101 yep limbs are same thickness with the pyramid profile and no that bow is in the finishing stage
