Superglue or tape. Both work better than Duco, and stick and dry instantly.

up til now, ive really resisted the fletching tape. but maybe i shld rethink that stance.
does it last/adhere as well as glue?(of course ive been having trouble with glue so....)

bought some fletching tape. would hardly stick at all! pressed it down good on the shaft. then did per the instructions running a fingernail down the quill applying pressure. feather just pulls right off. and the tape pulls free of the feather quite readily. well, shoot...
ok off to the hardware store this morning for some super glue....

so now im thinking its gotta be the finish im using.
but will try the super glue this afternoon.

Superglue gel works for me. I like tape too but last summer I left a dozen arrows in my conservatory in the sun and when I came home every fletch had dropped off!  ??? My favourite fletching glue is one made here in the UK called HMG.
