Whens or fevoret time

   First off let me say I don't post to often. And I'm a bowyer at heart. This is one of the first post I check when I get on PA with that said. I've knaped for years and I do it when ever my hearts into it. But have to many other hobbies. And it's knapping ended up aways down the trail.  But I'll always did it and  enjoyed it. Over the years my favoret time has turned to the spring. While gobbler hunting on a far away ridge or along a pasture in the warm morning. And I'm just waiting and listening. Knapping just seams right to me. Before it know it hours have passed it I don't get rudly dissturbed. Besides if a gobbler gobbles on his own in the late morning he's alone and looking. If I'm lucky he'll die from a rock I chipped on another spring morning.
   I know all of you have a favoret time. WHAT ARE THEY.

Sunday afternoon after church. I also have a house & property in the Texas hill country I love to knapp there with a cousin & younger brother.

My favorite time is every time I get a chance to do it.  I try to knap as often as possible.  I have been studying books and videos and applying the techniques as I learn them.  Seems to help alot. I spend alot of freetime knaping.

my favorite time ti knapp is when i am bored
i have done it while turkey hunting,ut dont care for the distraction of knapping when hunting
so i dont do that anymore
like i said,when i am bored
and thats like once a night
i like to keep my muscle memory  ;)

Like Tim said. you got to keep that muscle memory.
 I knap a lot. And i try not to go more then 3 days with out knapping evon if i dont feel like i try to get at least 10mins in to keep the muscle memory.

My favorite time - and I know it in my heart is in the summer. When the sun is shining and it's around 80 to 100 degrees. I don't know why but that's what I prefer and the sun show's off those flakes better :).
