Wow Pat Going to make the hip quivers I'm making look like crap. Already made a kids quiver and am giong to start on an adult soon.

Hi,

I have been looking forward to getting back to the Classic for a long time...even talked my sweetie of 40 plus years to come too...  If anyone has an interest in how a NA Style flute is put together I will be glad to demonstrate...will bring a routed flute that I will work on during the weekend and will also bring a branch flute along with gouges and tuner and all the stuff to put a flute together with... 

If anyone would like to learn how to play a flute I will be more than happy to give lessons for FREE...if you already have a flute and want to learn how to play this is your chance...bring it along...

I will bring flutes to check out too and sometimes trade or sale (with any sales I will donate a portion back to the classic)

Bob, Kristin, Molly and I will be there. Going to try to get down earlier this year...not sure what day yet. Looking forward to seeing ya'll again! Nice knife Chuck. Chris told us he was making one for ya. He is quite the craftsman.

Pat that is sweet,thanks a bunch. :) Bear your ugly is my beautiful,you don't give yourself enough credit.Gary Davis and I are also donating the pair of backwards Osage bow we made last summer.
I wrote about them in PA.They are going as a pair,I will try and get some pictures up soon. Rand that is great,I probably won't have time but would sure love to. Great Ryan,looking forward to seeing you and your family again. :)

Rand, I'll bring my flute.  I bought 5 or 6 years ago on visit to California.  I played around with it for a summer.  But the sound is so soft you can't hear it from the other side of a bonfire.  Maybe you can make suggestion on how to turn up the volume.

Dave I will be glad to check it out...could be a tight flue...hard to blow or easy? 

Pat...a Gurka is a cigar...you will like it...won't blow up on you!  I will also bring my problem bow to ask your advice on and by then maybe my ironwood that I need to learn how to flip a tip on...I need all the advice I can get!

Rand, my flute blows easy enough, but it just doesn't have much volume.  Blowing harder doesn't seem to increase the volume either?

Hmmm, bring it so I can see how the flue was crafted...might be a quiet flute cause it wants to be!...just never know 'bout them rascally flutes!  BTW...what key is it in?
