Well said Loki.

I wasn't aware of people having problems registering.  Please PM me with problems of that nature so we can get people on here.

Hello Jd, I do hope that is not a dig at myself. I have the resources to keep any forum I wish open and might I add I am not 'burnt' out, in fact quite the opposite.  Our forum is merely on hold and I'm glad to see that the word of the warbow has spread as a result. I set up our website and later our forum, to promote the warbow amongst a wider audience and it has more  than done that, as this section proves.  To me it is more than a mere 'hobby' but it is not a business.

I'm sure JD was not slinging insults as this is not our way. PA will go on with or without this forum but since it is set up now, why not take advantage of it? If there are problems registering then this can be sorted out

You may have noticed that building bows is more than a hobby for most of us.  Still if a person is looking for a hobby then building bows is a good one

There might have been problems because of the email addresses and not knowing if it was spam or not.  I know that a few people emailed me and i got them on the board.

if people cannot get logged on they need to let us know.  We are not trying to keep anyone out on purpose. :)

Guys
We are getting so deluded with spammers trying to get in that it makes it hard to tell friend from foe. When a friend tries to register they should fill out as much infomation as possible and maybe add a signature that a bowyer would recognise so we can open the doors for him, or her.

Iīm sorry that I caused such a ruckus, but I think both forums have their use.

for instance dates for shoots in England on the englishwarbow forum.. I donīt think there is a chance for me to get to a shoot in the US, but GreatBritain isnīt that far from Austria, so Iīm quite interested when shoots will be....

I hope Nick will keep me posted!
