spent about an hr and ended up with about 80 lengths that can be used.
but 60 of em are already promised, leaving me about 20.
which hopefully i can get at least a dozen arrows out of.
may go back next week and try to get another batch about the same size.
not hard work but sure its hard to maneuver in there. pokey stuff, and a bit itchy too.
had to really get thru it all to one far side to get the most consistent diameter ones.
taking that 3/8 wrench was a good idea. cuz obviously i dont eyeball very well, at least not at the beginning.
was apt to cut ones too big if i went by my (lack of) judgement.
really simple way to gather some good arrow making material.
