Getting a new bow.
« on: January 02, 2011, 08:09:34 pm »
I'm getting a new bow and was wondering what woods I should use. I'd like the bow to be red, white, and black if possible. Are there any hard woods that are white?

White Ash, hackberry, hickory come to mind right off.
Bowmakers are a little bent, but knappers are just plain flaky.
