Hey !  Where can I get some of those Argus Pheasant eggs ?  I have a banty hen that I think could hatch and raise the chicks maybe. She thinks that is all there is in life, is raising chicks. She went broody again the other day and its really winter here.  She's nuts, but a good hen.  '  Frank

That is just what banty hens do isn't. These pheasant arent something you just pick up at the farm. They only lay between 2 and 5 eggs per year and are listed vulnerable or threatened. A lot do not do well in cold climates either.

The guy who made the arrow got the feather from a private owner after he had talked his ear bloody, as far as I know...  8) 8) 8)
The arrow was at sale for some serious money.
Other pheasants have beautiful feathers, too...

The only thing I know about snowcock is that you can hunt them in Nevada.
