I agree, I could care less for the roughing out stage or the glue ups etc, Tillering, and recently, finish work, makes my heart flutter!

Finish work is my favorite overall... when i build a good bow i can appreciate it will mean more, i will take longer and apply more coats, making the wood's beauty come out.

when i have a low quality bow, like the one you saw, i only apply the needed coats, not worrying about appearance.
