I don't pay much attention to how a bow looks at full draw. But I do pay very close attention to how the limbs are tapered. If you get the taper right, the tiller will follow.

I'd say it's working a little hard at the fades. I'd scrape from mind limb out on both sides a little bit. You don't want any one spot doing to much work you want the stress spread out evenly. If your using a tillering tree the best thing to do is actualy watch the limb working as your exersizing it as apposed to just looking at it already bent. Hope this helps ya!

 I have been scraping from midlimb out and that is where the reflex begins. I wasn't sure how much bend is supposed to happen there. This is a first that's why I asked for an example to judge against. I plan to shoot it some when I get time then check tiller again.
