Little shorty Hickory Indian
« on: October 18, 2010, 05:13:21 am »
Hi,

this bow is from a Hickory board which was sawn for a 65" Recurve. After steaming in the recurves they bend like rubber.
Thrown away for over 1,5 years and grabbed back some weeks ago.
Sawn off the recurves and 55" left. Try to make a bendy handle but it works fine without.
Buffalo Horn Overlays, 12-Strand-FF, about 1/4" Set right after unstringing comin back to about 1" reflex overnight.
