The bottom limb is longer if you look at it from the perpective of the arrow pass, or the string nock. 
Excellent, that answers the fundamental question of what you take as the frame of reference, I haven't pondered the full implications of this yet, but then there's no rush.
I'm sure I'll get a chance!

I also draw the bow in front of a full length mirror or a window at night. Scraping the tip limb often fixes the problem. Like I mentioned. If I'm too close to the weight to remove wood I'll lower the arrow pass a bit. Jawge
