Ha I just saw this after having started a batch over a month ago, it looks like it's coming along nicely but I can't say much for the taste at this point. Sort of a super dry white wine with a honey aftertaste from what I've read though it doesn't really start tasting decent until 3-6 months. I had to make 3 separate gallons and a 4.5 gallon batch after reading that

Just down the road from me on Seneca lake there is a place called Earle estates meadery good stuff you should check it out it's in Dresden New York, I bet you could call with questions JEFFW
