some more black dover
« on: September 22, 2010, 11:34:49 pm »
Nice colorful pc. of dover that I got from Jesse awhile back, This spall was a wedge shaped pc that was pretty thick on the one end, I got some really nice thinning flakes going an got to the preform stage easily then I finshed up to this point. I like how it finshed up but still need some improvment for a really clean point. Thanks for looking an all comments are welcome. Bob

Looks clean enough to me.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intentions of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body. But rather to slide in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming....WOW WHAT A RIDE!!
