Thanks for the compliments gentleman. I put about 50 arrows or so through it last night and I really enjoy the way it shoots.

Real nice bow Steve!

Hey quick question, what are the dimensions? How wide are the limbs at the widest points? I just found a really straight grained piece of Maple and one of Red Oak that were 2.5" by 6' long. I have the maple cut out and waiting til I finish that to start on the Red Oak. Great bow and keep up the great work!

Very nice job, you did get it figured out fast, indeed.  That's a great weight that you came in at, bows are a pleasure to shoot around that weight.  Great job and looking forward to seeing more!

Hey Barry, 66" overall,4.5"grip, 2" fades, 2" tapering to 1/2 initially then about 1/4 after finishing the tip overlays. Grip is 1'' wide.

A big thanks to Eric Krewson for posting his tillering gizmo. It works like a champ and gave me a lot more confidence in my tillering ability.

Great looking bow, nice piece of lumber!
One thing that bothers me is your workbench looks a little too organized :P.! I hope my wife doesn't see this and start comparing work spaces!!!

Nice Bow.
Good tiller
How many boards did you have to go through before you got that nice straight grain pattern?

God bless
Ron
Only about 5 Ron. I got lucky. I should go back and see if there are any more. There is a place about an hour from me that has a huge selection of hard woods and exotics. I need to pay them a visit and see what is in their wood pile ;)
Yuo are a lucky man! I have spent 30 minutes or better sittin on the floor at HD or lowes goin through boards settling with grain patterns not near so nice :'(
