I need some dove wings for flight arrows if anyone happens to go dove hunting. Happy to pay for them. Thanks Steve

Dang, wish I had known.  I cleaned a few the other day.  I'm more of a dove-shooter-atter, than a hunter but I did manage to knock down a few.  I cleaned them at my parent's house, so I'll look around and see if the wings are still out there.

Pretty much like anything else in the wild.  If you prep it right and don't over-cook it then it's pretty good eatin'.

5 pairs would get me off to a good start.
Grouse feathers would also be good, quail and pigeon also.
The fletch I cut them to is only 1" long and 1/4" high so I can often do one arrow from one feather. Over the next several months I plan to try and finish up about 50 arrows. Just let me know what you need, thanks Steve

I have some feathers (chicken) plus I will be going out to do some bird hunting soon.  I'll save some feathers for you if I get something and send them to you.

Hey, Steve
Could you post some pics of your flight arrows? Or, better yet, could you do a  biuld along? Thanks!

Steve, I have some pigeon, dove and quail. Are you coming through on your way to the flight shoots? If so I could meet up with you and give you a bunch.
