28th ANNUAL TSAA TEXAS STATE TARGET CHAMPIONSHIP 2010
Bastrop, Texas
September 10-12th, 2010

Note: This is the 10th anniversary of our starting to do registrations online!

We are back to the Bastrop Youth Football Association's Field: Great location, easy access to everything Bastrop has to offer. Last year, many folks happily camped out at the nearby State Park.
The tournament will consist of a 2 day, 144 arrow FITA round (4 distances).
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE:
Friday, Sept. 10th, 2010
Open Practice (3:00pm-5pm) (practice cannot begin until the field is set up<hint>)
Saturday, Sept. 11th, 2010
7:00-7:45am Check-In, equipment inspection, and official practice
8:00am - 10:30am Scoring longest FITA distance (followed by 1 hour lunch break)
12:30pm- Scoring 2nd longest FITA distance
Sunday, Sept. 12th, 2010
7:30am-8:15am Official Practice
8:30-10:30am 3rd FITA distance (followed by 15 minute break)
11:45am-1:00pm Shortest FITA distance
1:45pm Awards Ceremony

Entry Fee: $35 PER ADULT. $25 PER YOUTH (YEOMAN ARE DISCOUNTED TO $10). Print a copy of the form AFTER you click SUBMIT and send it with your CHECK please. Your check will not be cashed until after the event.  Postmark deadline of   Friday, Sept. 3rd to avoid late fee. FOR A CHANGE, WE ARE GOING TO ENFORCE THE LATE FEE 100%. Since we do not cash your check till after the event, why wait?
Families with more than two archers must pay two full registration fees, then any additional family youth fees are $10 each.
Any cancellations prior to deadline will receive full refund. Cancellations after deadline will receive full refund unless archer is the sole participant of a division, in which case a $10 fee will be retained to offset trophy costs. LATE FEE IS $15 and is unavoidable if you wish to join us on the line and your postmark is later than midnight, Friday, September 3rd. 'Nuff said?.
