Pounded white ash basket quiver.
« on: August 19, 2010, 09:29:09 am »
The quiver I made is  pounded white ash with a fingerweave and arrowhead chevron backstrap. The way I made it ,a logging friend brought me a white ash log and me and my wife beat on the log which lifted the growth rings and I made my weavers and uprights. My wife made a beautiful fingerweave backstrap for it.Also in the quiver are some southeastern rivercane arrows with cherrokee two fletch.

That is a very fine quiver, and the finger-weave bandolier are about perfect.....like the arrows as well.
