John's bow from August PA cover
« on: August 30, 2010, 10:11:34 pm »
I wasn't sure who to address this to, so I figured an all-call would work. I really like the short bow that John is holding on the cover of the current PA mag. Who can tell me about it? I might be interested in making one if I have a general idea of the dimensions/design. Looks like a real fun hunting bow, too. Oh, and the article and pictures is one of my favorites of the last two years. Great story of a family spending real quality time together.

:o Wow, nearly a hundred PA board visitors have looked at this post and no response yet... I'm shocked.  :P

Is John on the boards?

Marc, do you know something about this bow?

Pappy? Mullet? Rich? Anyone?

Hey Josh, thanks! I'm not sure it's the SAME bow, but it is certainly close enough with those closeup pics. I can figure it out from those alone most likely. And I also didn't realize John = blacktail. I would have just pmed him...  ::)
