I think it's something weird about the bottom limb, left in the pics. It's about 1,5 oz heavier than the top (if I figured it out correctly..). Somehow it needs to be that much heavier (or thicker). It had a big deflex spot 3" from the fades, I took out some of it with heat. Otherwise the side profile is the way the stave grew, or dried.
The heartwood of the stave was sick or rotten in some way, maybe that Elm disease. It's Wych Elm.
It's about 2,5 oz heavy on the Mass principle
