Has anyone ever tried to use coconut shells for tips? If so, what were the results?

Jeff, coconut shell is strong enough if you can get a piece thick enough after you flatten it. No reason not to try!

I fouind half a coconut shell the other day in the garage (who knows why I saved it
) and thought it might work.....I will definetely try it
