hickory pyramid skunt back
« on: July 16, 2010, 11:20:05 pm »
alright i gave ya'll a two week break from seeing my bows ! work schedule has been hell here lately. here is my last bow i made this one for Rich (halfeye) after all the help and patients and listening to me bounce ideas and theories off him. i wanted him to shoot one of my bows and hopefully take one of them half blind and dumb yankee deer this fall. anyway hope ya'll like it and Rich i hope you do too. hickory 58 inch pyramid bow with a trapped back ,pulls in the mid forties at 28 inches. 1 3/4 fades to 3/8th nocks. skins are western diamondback from Nate D. ( thanks nate i love them ). oh yeah i painted back of the bow red so the skins would pick up some color and depth . might not can tell from the pics but it really pops in person !

Very nice little bow. I love the unbraced profile but the braced and full draw aren't too shabby either.  ;)    This will be a great hunting bow for those half blind and dumb Yankee deer.  ;D

Niiiice!   If I were right handed, I might try to talk you into sending that to me, instead of Rich, LOL.  Tiller looks great on it and so do the skins... Got it bookmarked under Self Bows for the July running too!   :) :) :)
