reflex deflex, about time !

i blew a r/d last week , sent the pics to a master bowyer to do an autopsy and got good feedback as to what the prob was. so here is the second attempt with changed limb design and better fades. hickory backed black walnut 62 inchs tip to tip, 44lbs at 28inchs , 1 3/4 at fades to 1/4 inch tips (funky lookin tips!). have to give my son some credit for this he helped with the glue up yesterday.hope ya'll like

thanks pat, i was happy with it being the first tri lam r/d , think i'll build another form and do a highly reflex deflex just to compare them. tillering is interesting on these

Have you seen Dean Torges' "Hunting the Bamboo Backed Bow" Lots of good info lam bows with simple forms and useful techniques.
