Guys, the tissue paper I have is very thin. Looks like outlaw's is too so you have to be very careful putting it down. I use thinned(with water) TBIII and spread it thinly and evenly on the back of one limb at a time. Then lay the tissue paper down very carefully because you only get one try or it tears. You will have to do a dry run first because the tissue isn't long enough to do a complete limb. So, before you glue it to the limb you have to match the pattern where two sheets are joined. Once it is down leave it alone until the glue is almost dry at which time you can remove the excess paper and glue with a sharp razor. After it is dry, do the other limb. No need to wrap this backing(it would tear if you tried). It will lay well with the moisture in the glue. You will get a few wrinkles but don't try to remove them or it will tear. Like I said, lay it down as smoothly and evenly as you can and leave it alone!!!
My wife is an artist and I found the animal print tissue in one of her art supply catalogs...Dick Blick. You might also find at at other art supply stores like Michael's or Ben Franklin's.
