These bows are some beauties made by Jeff (n2huntin). Being as how he works fer a livin and I don't ....thought I'd post them for him and hope he don't mind.

First bow is a Ash 53" Mollegabet, 1-3/4" wide limbs and weighs 46# @ 27". I believe it has a carbonized finish and is backed with a black-snake skin.
Second bow is a Maple 54"double curve Seneca, 1-1/4" wide at the grip scallop. Finished in the normal woodland green w/ black tips. The grip is filled with some flexible leather treatment.

Thought they looked pretty sweet so hope you guys like the pics....two posts cause of more than 6 pics.
Rich

Thanks Rich,
The way I work I hardly have time to make a bow much less post them.
I make mine similar to the one in the TBB not exact coppies, no built up leather grip on those, that I did for comfort.
The Seneca bow and others like it are lots of fun to build and I plan on doing more of them.
Ken75, there are some people on here that always have my attention when they post bows, Gordon, El D, and Rich are a few. I love the primitive designs they do with such skill. I'm more into primitive types and these guys make some of the very best, all of which can be done without cauls, forms ,etc.Nothing wrong with that though.
Thanks for looking,
Jeff

Yep, both look great and I'll bet they shoot as good as they look...nice job.
I might have to check my wood pile and see if there's anything there that would make one of those Mollegabet bows...

Møllegabet BTW is pronounced more like "Mull gabbet" than "Molly ga-bet".
This is my understanding as it is quoted on a previous post from one of half eyes shorty's.
Looks different and will suprise you on performance , I believe Its similar to some flight bows so must be efficient.
Any how I like em and hope anyone who hasn't built will will give them a chance.
These two are probably my last bows for a long while. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
