BBQ with Honey locust?
« on: April 24, 2010, 08:34:54 pm »
I was cutting bow wood today and have a nice honey locust for staves and noticed that the wood has a nice smell to it.  I know it's in the same family as mesquite and was wondering if anyone has used it for smoking or BBQ.  Might give it a try just to see how it goes.  Thanks for the help.
