Bummer . . . Change in plans for TN classic
« on: April 22, 2010, 10:07:31 am »
Hello Everyone,
This is James' wife Rebecca.  He just wanted me to let you know that, due to circumstances with work beyond his control, he won't be able to make it to the Tn classic.  So he won't be able to teach his bow class anymore either.  Luckily, he didn't take any deposits on the class and won't have to refund any money.  But I will be there with Chris Cade and another friend of ours and bring James' bows for sale.  We're really bummed that James' can't be there, but I will see you all next weekend.  --rebecca

That really bums me out as I was looking forward to his bow class and watching him knap.  Seems like a lot of people are opting out.  Was really looking forward to meeting Keenan and his wife, will miss the pretty lady that was my neighbor last year, hoped to give King Ron a small gift I made for him!  Well, there will be a couple of Texicans there, along with young Billy the Bird Man, Shannon the Craftsman and his family, Dana the Yooper Knapper, some people I hope to trade with and GregB if he is not all tied up with the cheese horde!  Seeing Pappy and Miss Joanie and meeting RangerB will be an honor.  Maybe I can learn how to make daggers from the King of the Pit.  Pokie

That sucks. Glad you're going to make it, though, Becca.
