Thank you everyone very much. I have to say it's the absolute least I could do for her considering she's running around with 3 little ones all day, everyday.
Ryano: I did want the outer half of the limbs a bit stiff...too much? It felt / looked like it was bending so much at mid limb when I was tillering that this is where I ended up. Seemed to shoot good so I left it alone, but definitely open to more comments - I know you've done a pile of these.
Leroy: Yeah, I was pretty bummed about not being able to make it. Doubly so after reading Diligence's post... Definitely let me know if other ones are coming up. I'd love to meet up and shoot and talk bows.
Lombard: It's a modified 3D...which means we shoot until someone gets bored. Then we play at the park or look at ants or birds or barbeque. Then go shoot some more. Makes for a great day! My oldest son just turned 3 and is doing pretty good with the archery so far this year. He was thrilled to shoot at the 3D moose. Yup, great days...
Jaye: Thank you very much. She definitely has hair! Hopefully she doesn't loose it like the boys did.
And I'm up for r/d discussions anytime as I'm just learning it myself. I was hoping to make another one before June for my cousin - maybe try out Hickory/Ipe with a splice (this one was steam bent at the handle).
