Thanks for the kind words everyone.
Dana-  I got the package today .  You are too generous.  When the wife gets back with the camera, I'm going to post a pic of all the points.  A Huge Thankyou  .  No Kenyan footprints, but it's a good thing that they are only 90# just in case.

HatchA- Fully recovered, will probably be in a week or so from now.  Today my legs feel pretty good, so I'm going out for a short run tommorow.  I have a 50K (31mile) trail race on May 8, so I need to get running as soon as possible. 

Dane-  Somehow I think they would know you aren't Kenyan

That's a stunning time Rick.  Sorry you didn't break three hours, I never broke 4.  My best was 4:06.
I'm sure you'll get it next year!
