hey guys here are a few horn composite bows in progress,,some minor detailing,and they will be ready for sinew,i hope to get a couple covered in the next day or two....  how do you think they look so far??

yes pat a couple have the hickory  in them that i got from you.... im still looking for  someone to take pics or video for a build along,,i would be willing to trade a free bow class...any takers?

 :o Those are beautiful!!! I want to make one so bad but I don't have the time or money, so I think. How much does it cost to make one approx? I think you're missing a korean bow in there.  ;) What is that straight limb one? Egyptian?

Wow, those look really cool.  some of those bows are so reflexed that they look like a leaf spring with a bad attitude!

For those of us newbies to bow building...a build-a-long would be sooo cool!
Like i've said more than once on this forum...I watch, read, and learn...
Give economical options.
Can't even afford hickory backing.

But on thr positive side, necessity IS the mother of invention and most probably messin up...LOL

Watchin and learning..(still workin on self bows)
The worst part about it is that I am a survilvist, set traps, track, havin problems makin first bow. Go figure ??? :-[ ;)
