Demonstration Tips
« on: April 02, 2010, 03:00:21 am »
I did horseback archery demonstrations at the annual Colyak Bowhunters traditional shoot last weekend.   Everything went fairly well - stayed on the horse and hit the targets - had some pretty fast runs.  I also set out my tarp for knapping and a hawk block for throwing tomahawks.   Showed a couple newbies how to throw a hawk.  Anyway I made these 5 points while showing some folks how I do it.    Boy it is hard to concentrate on the rock , when folks are asking you questions constantly.

Nice points.  Being able to hit anything off a moving horse is impressive too.
