i knapp everyday,well near everyday.
even if its just for 15 minutes.
just to keep muscles in shape for it
i use my legs quit a bit too
i can tell when i am not using my legs and usining my arms too much
the shoulders get reeeeaaaaaaaal sore and so do the wrist and elbows
getten old sucks lol
timo those 30 push ups a day,can they be spread out thru the entire day
like 2 in the morning,a couple at lunch time etc.or do they have to be all at once
cause if they do,aint know way i am gonna be ablt to do them
