Ryan, I'm excited and thrilled that Pappy is coming, I think that he will be ready to relax and enjoy all the great things that you folks put on. Chris said that he will have a hawk and knife ready for me to compete and don't forget to tell Bob that I'm looking foreword to mastering the cow horn boogie, so please take care of my horn till I get there.. OK Dudes, this is how it really was, I got to the Classic on Monday afternoon and set up camp took care of getting a couple staves for my Grand Children and shot the practice range with Fiddler Ray and had a ball. Tuesday woke up to a beautiful day enjoyed Maws cooking and shot the practice range twice that that day, had a great time talking with all the regulars that come early to enjoy the Classic. the same thing Wednesday, Thursday and Part of Friday. With all that fun I was worn to a frazzle. I really do feel bad about the rain, I knew it was coming and Maw said if we left early she could make an appointment that she would have had to cancel. I was very thankful to being there early and to really enjoy so much before the rain was to come. I felt really bad for the ones that love the Classic as much as I do and didn't have the opportunity to do what Maw and I did. I know how hard Pappy and the Twin Oaks team worked to prepair the best shoot possible. Lord willing we all will be back next year and the rain will only be a memory.  Charlie

PS I look forward to hearing Pappy doing the Cow Horn Boogie at Presque Isle. I can't wait to see all you folks and Play.

Just haven't had time yet,Maybe this weekend. I appreciate you coming and always enjoy the time I get to spend with you and Maw.I will have more time at Ryan's,I get to set back and watch them do all the work, and I know how much trouble it can be. Jon, I checked out you bow on the BOW sight and all the comments are right it is an awesome bow and has an extreme finish. I picked up one of Davids bows at the Classic that Jesse built, I renamed it "Heat" The bow is short, no pinch extreme reflex and deflex and smooth as silk. I bought it because I thought it would be perfect for my tree stands. It will be coming to Presage Isle with me "Heat" is kinda ugly compared to your Beauty, (don't tell Jesse). I sure hope you can come with Pappy, we had a great time last year didn't we Bro Dan????
