I find push pull fine for bows upto the 100lb sort of weight (although I think it varies a lot between bows of the same weight as to how difficult to string they are)
my 133lb bow I usually use a stringer but I can string/destring it using the method of resting a bow tip on the ground and kneeling on the centre of the bow whilst holding the other bow tip
I think using a stringer is always the best idea though

I used fastflight for all my bows over 100lb.

I find all my bows >70# are useless without FF strings. B50 is just too stretchy. With my 100+# bows, I can't even brace them with B50.
