shoulda been a neanderthal

was watching marty on you tube do a clovis with hammerstones and i needed to try it. havent broke any just havent produced anything i like. so today i tried again and knocked out this fluted somethingorother. all hammerstone, no touchup. also did the cahokia with antler and the quartz perernales with antler.

Youd'a made a good jamie! Them are nice and like the flutes - better than any fluting I've done.

that is a nice point for all hammer stone.
i have a couple(not as big)that look like that one,all hammerstone too
i always wanted a harley,untill it became the "thing to ride"

That's a good job Jamie! I used to use hammer stones a lot and carry one with me when I am collecting rock. Nice work.

     Actually Jamie, those points would make you at least a Cro Magnon like Hillbilly.  The Neandertals didn't have quite that much sophistication. ;)  Nice points. 8)  Especially with hammerstones! :o
