extreme draw length
« on: February 18, 2010, 05:46:05 pm »
I was asked by a guy who is 6'10" tall to build a bow for him . I would like for you guys to give a little input on necessary dimensiions to come up with a 33" draw length. Any and all input would be appreciated.Ronnie
PS. I was thinking stiff handle Osage flat bow.
If we can't help each other what is the point of being here?

Just like any other Osage bow, except I would keep it around 69" in length.
Everything happens for a reason, sometimes the reason is you made a bad decision.

This is funny!  -  I'm up to make a 33" draw length osage bow for that really tall friend of mine (not many of my friends are taller than me...) and I'll probably start working on it tomorrow! It'll be a stiff handle flatbow.
