Yeah, Eddie, the coffee bean gets purple, and they pick it, and then spread it out after mushing the purple gunk off, and let it dry, and then clean it up, and roast it. I used to have a couple of Jungle coffee bean plants, that I got from a friend of mine, who's Brother used to be the county agricultural agent, and he used to travel around the world, getting plants and such. You can adjust the flavor, by how dark you roast it.
It is actually in two pieces, like a peanut. You should try to bring some beans, back and plant them. I think I still have some here somewhere. Well enjoy the coffee, and look for that jasper......
