3 piece takedown question
« on: February 09, 2010, 03:16:18 pm »
I have a riser from an old martin compound. Is it possible to make a set of wood limbs for it? Mabey osage and hickory. I see no reason that it wont work. I was thinking about making a set of recurved and reflexed long bow limbs for it. Any imput/ expirience would be great. If im wasting my time let me know.

Get it done.

Marc St Louis made an all wood 3 piece take down a year or so ago. Maybe he will chine in with info. There may have been an article in PA Magazine about it or another.
