Congrats. I just found this thread a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed following it week to week. You certainly seem to be enjoying the good life and you don't seem to take it for granted. I've been meaning to post in here so I can follow it easier thru the new posts button.

Thanks Marks/Bob,glad you enjoy it.We do have a good time around the farm,always something going on it seems.

Chris I will see you in a few weeks when we make or treck up North to Yankee country.

Kind of sad this morning with the stuff going on on the board , hope my 2 very good friends will get it together.

Feel relief this morning hearing the good news about Joe and John,Happy,Happy,Happy.

Got my Osage on the form yesterday for some reflexing and tip flipping ,should be ready to final tiller by the weekend.Hope to have it ready by ElmHall so I can kick Pearls butt with it.

Also got started on my hunting shaft yesterday.[Sour wood]Got a couple straightened and ready for nocks to be cut.The business end will be 160 grain trade points.Seem I get more done for myself during the week, $:-\$ can't seem to get much accomplished on the weekends for some reason.

Hope yall all have a big 4TH,remember what it's all about.

I will be working.

It seems to kind of lean toward Pappy's weekends at Twin Oaks and a little general chit chat along with it.

Start at page 1 and read a while. You'll get the idea.

To those of us who have been to twin oaks it is a chance to relive the few days a year that we get to spend at that wonderful place where the stress of everyday life is suspended work is on hold for a while and life really is good. Ron

Seriously it was started to show folks that think doing this kind of stuff can only happen now and then on special occasions,
If you hang with the right group you can do it anytime,most I hang with live and breath this stuff year in and year out,it's not a fad to me so I share what we do
at the farm and shop,when it started it was just another thread but folks seemed to enjoy so I have just kept it up. :)When folks quite looking I will quit posting it.

Mostly it about Bows/Arrows/knife making/hunting/cooking/Brain tanning/leather work and mostly about fellowship with good friends and family.

Yep, Life is Good.
