It was a great weekend,not as crowed but very relaxing. I got some time to shoot and also work on a couple of bow I am re doing for some friends that are getting older and weaker.

We got everything pretty well straightened up and ready for the next one.Here are a few pictures of the fun.First is the shirt Becki sewed for me,love it.Thanks Becki.Then Miss Joanie made a trip to the spirit station,she loved it.

Very peaceful in the middle of the week.

Jon doing some bow work,Will floor tillering his new snake bow.Alex fine turning the grip on his new re curve. Getting the new totem pole Barb carved on ready for the spirit station and Will helping me out with a grip.

Gathering for the shoot Saturday morning,good turn out.

Shooting for pride,Jimmy 1st. Hunter Collingsworth 2nd. Beau 3rd,the rest had fun.

The Cup Heather gave me at the Classic,it says it all for me.Thank Heather.

Tip overlays on the bow I am reworking for Mike Prince,it was built in 95 By Brad Smith.65@29 I scraped and re tillered to 52@28,redone the grip,tip overlays and 12 strained fast flight,he should love it.Hope so.

Mike's bow ready for Miss Joanie's writing and some sealer.Will's snake bow floor tillered and off the form,looks good so far.

Hey Pappy looks like everyone was having a good time. Steve and I really missed not seeing everyone and enjoying the good times.

We missed yall also Tina,hope you can make it back soon. :)I will tell Miss Joanie,she was asking about yall.Thanks Steve,hope you made it back ok and are setteled,love to come out there and visit someday.Yes we have fun most weekends,when you have lots of folks around you that have the same passion it's easy to do. I feel blessed for sure to have a lot of good friends that can come over and play.

On a sad note ,many of you that have been to TwinOaks know ,who we call or Token Yankee, Art.

Believe me it is all in Love we call him that.He was to have surgery Monday in Clarksville for some blocked arteries to the heart,they planed to put in a stint or 2.When they went in they couldn't do it and sent him by ambulance to Vanderbilt to open his chest up and do some by passes.He is 80 and lot of breathing problems so this isn't very good.I will know more today,they were supposed to do it yesterday evening so keep him in your thoughts and prayers,we love this guy and has a long history of Archery,been at it for 60 + years. His has been a really nice addition to or Club and to us in general.
