Wow, what a great time! Imagine the TN Classic but with flesh instead of foam. A few beautiful bucks passed under the shed. I managed to bring home some "young and tender". The pics are going to be great! Wait till you see the "truckload picture"   :o ;)

When I left early this morning the weather was a bowhunters dream, and Pappy was headed to a stand...

Yes it was a great weekend,long but great.We had about 20 deer and 2 turkey checked in also
a couple coyotes. I didn't do any good,no shots anyway but Bear took 2 nice deer so we got meat.
I also had a couple gave to me so I spent yesterday skinning and boning deer. There was Shanon,bear,Beau and me in the cabin so you know we had a great time at night. :) Here are a buck of pictures of the weekend. :) The stand pictures are from a stand I put up Friday evening for Beau.He took a nice doe from it Sunday morning. :)

Friday nigh in the Cabin,deer chili and a few cold ones,then Sat. morning the deer started coming in.Keith took a couple nice one with his Stick ,as he calls it. :)

More deer checked in,I got a little careless with the chain saw. :o ;) And sweet Abby checks in on Jesse,she had ran a 13 mile race that morning. :)

Shanon with some skins to stretch,then him getting ready for the evening hunt in in his shirt he wore back when he was about 12. :) :) Beau's deer and others,then we came back to a big frog leg and wild turkey breast supper. Don't get much better than that. :)

More deer Sat night,our new score board that BigA made,worked great, Beau's 2nd deer,nice doe.
JohnT killed a nice doe and dressed it with the stone knife,then he gave it to me,said the Indians use them cause they had to,he was staying with steel. :) ;D ;D By now the cooler is getting full. :)
Shanon/JohnT and Doc. always make time for a little napping. :)

More deer,everyone just hanging out for the finishing up Sunday night at 9pm. Sadie is just hanging out hoping someone will drop a piece of meat.We cooked 2 complete deer and 10lbs of taters for Sunday night and it was all ate up. ;) ;D ;D

That last picture is what we call a truck load of game,3 deer,2 Yots and 1 turkey. :) :)
