Great,I haven't checked so I thought it always started in late March. Ya the 2nd is fine with me,I guess Tim and maybe Eddie will be there also.Should be fun. We can start a bow for sure,no problem. :) I think I will try and hold it to yall 3 and maybe Jesse if he wants,That should be
enough for the week. I really want Tim to get into some birds, and of course yall to. :)

Pappy I'd like too, but if its to crowded i don't have to hunt, i know the land well and would not have a problem being a guide opening weekend... just as long as they don't expect me to try and call anything  ;)

Pappy I'll be down on the 19th.  around mid day I think you said I had a stave there but can you let me know?  Eighter way I'm giong to bring down another.  I think the one that may be down there is that small one that you said would be a bend through handle bow.  If so I'm going to hold off on that on until May.  Cant wait to get down there.

Pappy I'd rather see Tim get into them than me. And Tim is a good caller and hunter. He gets his Grand Slam every year.

Great Bear,I didn't look to close at it but I think it is yours.Jesse there is always plenty of room
for you ,just need for everyone to keep in mind where everyone is. That shouldn't be a problem.
I think Dave is going to hunt with Chris C. opening day anyway. :)

Friday again, can't wait to get out of here and down to the cabin,Shanon is coming down this
weekend and who knows who else.I laid out some wild Turkey breast yesterday, that will be
supper. I plan on a little more clean up around the club and also start the finish work on my Yew bow.All I like is one more coat of sealer on Joe's bow so I want to get done with that also.
I set the hide racks out in the sun yesterday and need to get them scraped and 3 more hides stretched so I have plenty to do. Doubt I get it all done but who knows I just might.Hope yall
have a good one.See ya Monday.Life is good.

I'll either be down this afternoon or in the morning. I'd like to work on some more hickory bows for the Classic, and maybe a knife or two. ;)

Pappy, do you think I can chase some more turkeys next year at the Classic?

Wished yall did also,it was a great weekend, had a lot of friends down and also everyone got a lot done,we ate good also,Turkey breast Friday night and deer roast Sat. night wit all the fixings.
Shanon got some napping done and bows finished up,GregB got some knife work done,Jesse got some napping done and also a fluting jig made[it's cool] Jeremiah got his Hickory bow shooting and skins[from Shanon] and tip on it is looking good.Woody done some squirrel hunting and done well at that.I got some stuff done also.Got some finish on my yew bow and 2 hides scraped[little help from Jesse]and 3 more racked up. It was really busy but I think everyone had a good time.I had Mike
the vice president of the IBO come down Sunday morning [his first time there] to look over the place for the IBO trad world shoot we are hosting in July,to say he loved it would be an under statement, never seen a guy so taken by a place, guess I am just use to it. Here are some pictures of the weekend. :) :)
